Trying to order a burrito, and the two female coworkers are telling a story and she can’t even understand what I’m ordering cause her friends story is better then my order. Got so bad I just stood there till they finished asked if everything was alright and proceeded , i feel a better over head staff would help this situation as they could baby sit there workersOverall unimpressed with my service today

Not much service. Ordered the much. Asked for guacamole. The girl takes a small spoon and put a little on my much. No hello no thank yous. It wasn't busy. The burrito was ok, rice was a bit hard

I usually get decent service here but today I had the worst burrito I’ve ever had. Took forever to make. Guy was rude. I wanted more salsa and even asked for more and he didn’t even put a teaspoon’s worth! You gotta care for the customer. You gotta care. You can’t just slack off. Do better next time please.

Extremely poor customer service. Girls serving as they are given a punishment to serve here. Even the customer in front of me pointed out to the server if there’s anything wrong with her as she looks extremely sad. I have been at both locations many many times but this time was my worst ever experience. They were adding unnecessary charges which we were never charged before. It wasn’t about 75cents but totally about the customer service that I have to cancel half of my order. Very disappointed with the service.

Had to come give these guys a good review. I came in for lunch on June 6 at 11:45am and they were super fast. The worker who wrapped the burrito also did a perfect job. It's a geometric masterpiece. Everyone worked together effectively and communicated between them.

Mucho Burrito is great! Definitely not authentic Mexican food but it’s a chain restaurant in Abbotsford… so I wouldn’t expect it to be haha. The food I think has great pricing and they give you A LOT for that great price. I always end up having two full meals from the one bowl. They used to have new options where they’d come out with a new sauce and topping for that specific special, and that was sooo fun bc then there was something new to try. But I haven’t seen that in a long time which is sad. The standard toppings that they always have are AMAZING though. Pickled onions and some mango salsa and such are so good and always make the bowl ten times better! And even though I can tell the workers don’t want to be there, they are still friendly (it’s fast food like subway so they have to go fast so not much time to chat) and smile and make me want to come back :) Mucho Burrito is delicious!

Just wanted to try mucho burrito first time everything was good ,the guy helped me all good but the one chubby girl with dark skin tone talked very rudely and not even say thank u and the corn in bowl was raw totally disappointed with the serviceTry to be humble with customer.

Super healthy, and delicious depending on how you make it. All our experiences here was greattt, except for that one time, when our burrito was rolled incorrectly and it was so hard to enjoy it. Otherwise, it’s a great good place.

Have tried this place a few times and must admit that after not prefering this restaurant over another burrito fast food chain close by, I have developed a liking for the food here much more recently.Can't finish their regular burrito or burrito bowl without a burp!The portions are pretty good and the ingredients taste good and fresh as well. Chips and queso was awesome as well.Love their sauce options.Have found the staff to be courteous almost always

I had hard rice and I called to complain. They told me they ate the same rice and it was fine. They offered me 1 bowl at 50% my next order when all 3 bowls were bad. They gave me attitude and as someone whos been in customer service for 14 years, I know when I am getting it. I left a bad review and the manager showed up my work. Crimson red flag. They offered me a $50 gift card but never followed through. I have zero intentions of taking this down.
