The customer service was amazing and they helped me in a very quick pinch after a failed baking attempt! They are absolutely delicious, and the cookie tacos are so fun! 100% will be back!

Beautiful, tasty cupcakes. The buttertarts were a bit too sweet for me but the chocolate chip cookie was perfect.Cute little bakery and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Without a doubt the best butter tarts we've ever had. They had a booth at Beer festival and we were so impressed we have already made a trip to Hamilton so we could have another batch.

Picked up a 1/2 dozen delectable treats from this small but inviting bakery. Decadently delicious, eating a full one can be difficult as they are extremely rich . Highly recommend .

Our cupcake was amazing! Pleasant & friendly staff , everything went great. I was very impressed! The frosting was perfect! Not too sweet and did not distract from the flavors of the cake! I highly recommend Bitten

Love the location, Locke Street is a great spot. Did not enjoy the cupcakes that I purchased. Expensive but that is to be expected for a local, small business. I have heard good things about the whoopie pies but I have not yet tried them myself.

They were great with responding. Even made our muffin and we picked them up on a day they were closed.My friends really like the muffins but I was not a fan of the icing but the cupcakes themselves were delicious. If you like buttercream these are for you.
