AAA Masonry did an excellent job on our patio and steps. Mark and his crew were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. 5 stars all day. Mark made sure we were happy with the work by following up and making himself available when the job was completed. Highly recommend to others.

My wife and I had a great experience with Mark/AAA Masonry for the sidewalk and patio stamped concrete job we had. We found AAA through a Google search for stamped concrete rochester ny" when shopping for quotes. Mark gave us a great estimate and we signed the contract in late May. In late June

Despite coming out the same day for an estimate, as we called, and sending us 20+ photos of the work needed on our chimney, and indicating they would send a quote shortly - we never received one; even after follow up. I am not learning that it is not typical for a company to be able provide days of quotes and that’s probably a testimony to his lack of work due to lack of professionalism. I checked Angie’s list - seems like many others have had the same lack of professionalism with Mark and AAA Masonry. I would not recommend this company to a friend or for any repairs on our businesses.

AAA Masonry did a great job on installing a 20'x15' stamped concrete patio. We agreed on contract signing to be done prior to July 4, and in spite of a wet June they wrapped up the last cleanup on 2 July. Workers knew their trade and made good use of their time on site.

My 88ft of retaining wall down neighbors side of my pool collapsed after winter. I needed to get it rebuilt in a hurry due to work being done in neighbors yard. Called Mark at AAA Masonery and within 4 days they completed the job. I also needed the brick on my front steps repaired and he came back and did a good job on both projects. Fast,reliable and very competent.

Cannot be more happy with the results!! My front step repair now gives my house the curve appeal I’ve desperately needed (look at the before and after) and the new patio in my backyard gives us the space to entertain/enjoy our beautiful yard

AAA Masonry repaired the front porch of my historic house in the Maplewood District. They went above and beyond the repair and completed the job quickly. They did a nice clean job! I would highly recommend AAA Masonry and plan on calling them back for more masonry work in the future.

I had a great experience with AAA Masonry for the stamped concrete patio that was put in our backyard. When I first started to look around for quotes for the project, I heard back from a lot of people at first but kept getting ghosted. This was not the case with Mark - he was VERY responsive. He was also able to schedule us quickly, which surprised me (reached out in mid August and patio was done by end of September!) The only thing that could have made the experience better is if there had been a little more communication up front on the timeline and process of what to expect each step of the way, but when I had questions they were answered quickly. Mark's crew was efficient, kind, and did a very good job. We're very happy with our new patio!

I contacted Mark at AAA Masonry to get us set up with new concrete steps. He came out that day to provide an estimate. He was responsive to every call, text, and email. The crew showed up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. Smooth operation all around. We are very pleased with the work (as is the rest of the neighborhood). I would fully recommend and will use again.
