Dickson and Fraser went above and beyond to squeeze us in and get the problem rectified and get us on our way within 24 hours, even though parts had to be ordered. I am familiar with the cost of repairs and we were treated very fairly in that regard when some would have taken advantage of our desperate situation. Probably the most positive experience of such a nature that we have ever had. Courteous, professional and trustworthy.

Before doing any of the work. They are great fitting your vehicle in, when you are having an emergency or something has gone wrong.Highly recommended.

Honest people and great customer service! I can’t say enough good about these guys. I was told that my car needed extensive repairs for the same thing I had done a year ago. I took it to them for a second opinion and it turned out that my car just needed a good service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for automotive service.

I brought my mother-in-law‘s car in for an oil change and a check up. She’s been bringing it here for many years and I can see why! They did the work that was needed and let me know that a small drip that we had seen was more like condensation and could easily be put off dealing with. While I was waiting in the lobby I heard them speaking with customers on the phone and it was obvious the care and attention that everybody’s vehicle was getting was honest and sincere. I had the opportunity to wander around the reception area/showroom while I was waiting, and took some photos of their displays. Everything was sparkling clean and even the plants look beautifully cared for :).

Very impressed with this shop. Great friendly service over the phone prior to appointment, welcoming the moment you walk in the door with very clean and nice set up at both the counter and waiting area. Fantastic communication with explanations. Good, honest work and great pricing. Service advisor Scott was awesome to deal with & have heard wonderful things about Mike as well. They were able to get my car in, get the parts and complete the work in great timing. Very highly recommend this shop. Being a woman it can be nerve racking going into a service shop but not at this shop. Will definitely be back for my next service or any of my service needs. Thank you Dickson & Fraser Auto Repair!

The staff are very honest and do not overcharge or upsell. I never feel I’ve paid more than I should for the work done and am always happy with the result!
