They built a beautiful house with excellent quality and craftsmanship ! They are very flexible and knowledgeable. Post purchase service is beyond expectations. I am glad that I chose Sterling Homes to build our dream home !

Sterling Homes sold us our first home in Alberta just this past April 2021. We're super happy with the quality of the build. The home is energy efficient in the summer and winter. Yes, there were a few things that needed repairs but those were taken care of very efficiently. If you're looking for a quality builder, and a house you will be able to call a home for many years to come, then give Sterling a try.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole when buyer clients of mine decided on Sterling Homes as the builder for their new home. Nicole is warm and friendly, professional, and kept us in the loop with regular communication. She knows a great deal about the different projects that she is working on and was able to provide some excellent suggestions in order to keep my client's project on track. Highly recommend Nicole! I hope I get the chance to work with her again soon!

We've been in our Sterling home now for 7 months and although they had a few issues to correct for us, I can honestly say I'm very happy with the service I have received in the building process and with the post possession after care.I can, and do, at any opportunity, recommend these guys.Ron our sales guy was fantastic, Gerrard the site sup was great during the build and Nick and Saba have been great since possession.2 years in now, still happy with the experience.Lived in that home for 8 years, never once regretted the decision to build with them. We were so happy with Sterling we're in our 2nd Sterling home.

For years, Sterling Homes has quietly and generously supported trades education at Lord Beaverbrook High School. Mike and Saba from Sterling Homes work with us by donating construction materials and connecting students and teachers with experienced tradespeople who advise and work with our students. It is no stretch to say that our Building Trades programming would not exist as it is without the support of Sterling Homes.This year 20% of our Intermediate/Advanced level carpentry students are choosing to enter Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical Trades due to Sterling’s support. All of our students are building an understanding of how the systems in our homes work to keep us safe, comfortable, and healthy. Thank you Sterling Homes for your dedication to community and trades education. You are helping train the next generation of Alberta’s tradespeople!

We are very happy to have received a home through a professional builder like Sterling.The service has been phenomenal, and we are especially thankful to Raman. She was very helpful regarding the plan, ideas and maintained good communication with us during the whole process. As you know this is our first home and we don't have any experience but you've helped us a lot.

I am not at all happy with Sterling homes and I don't recommend them to someone. My house is under warranty and I have a leakage in my basement floor from 5 days now. I called the emergency number and they said they will send a technician to look at it. I also sent photos of my basement floor, but not one came yet and now sterling homes representative is not picking my call. I can see that the representative is reading my messages but I am not getting any help from them.So Sterling homes don't give support if anything happens to your home after few years. So please be careful before buying from them.

I love love love harinder's and Chris customer service they took their time to explain everything. made us feel welcome and really heard us when it came down to mapping out the house and the construction of the blue print I highly recommend both Chris and harinder they helped us alot.thanks guys ☺

I waited some time before writing this review as I think building a home has many phases. My experience had a lot of positives and negatives.I had a great experience with Amanda L who sold me this pre-construction home back in January 2021. She was attentive to details, informative, responsive to any emails, etc.The build process proved to be somewhat of a nightmare. At blueprints, I explicitly wanted my furnace moved to an exterior wall. This was denied for no better reason than adding a bit of work to finish the wall behind it. Now I have a less than ideal layout of my furnace room leaving access to it once I finish the basement questionable.The developer also at will changed the color of my siding however this was not picked up by anyone and communicated to me. It was accidentally discovered later on. Amanda however went above and beyond to secure a color that was acceptable to me.This particular sales rep then went on mat leave and Sterling Homes did an awful job of covering the community. The community was cross covered by sales reps with a portfolio in another community. This limited their availability significantly.The company put the entirely wrong color siding on my house which led to chaos with my garage contractor who had already ordered materials to match the house. This error was ONLY discovered because the exterior contractors left the garbage outside. This error occurred as a lack of communication between their sales and construction departments. I was also stood up once for a booked appointment to enter the home with a contractor, ending up waiting over 30 mins with my contractor.There were some further minor issues during the build that were rectified quickly. The home is beautiful and I have no concerns with quality.After possession several of us were then informed that we had the wrong profile of siding on the home. Frankly this was the worst part of my entire experience. The operations manager who dealt with the owners directly about this issue I found to be quite rude and pushy. I actually was in tears after dealing with him.Glenna and Nick from the warranty team have been great to work with.Overall while I am happy with the product, the interactions with some staff created added stress that was entirely unnecessary.
