The online registration makes leasing a unit super convenient and easy! The following day I received a call from Evan and he had me set up with my unit quickly. Great customer service!

The leasing process was very clear, site employees and at the call centre were very professional. The location of the Storage Mart at Bell Farm road is quiteaccessible and convenient being very close to Hwy 400, and embedded within a commercial area. The site keeps very clean, with a ccmfortable temperature setting. The security system gives peace of mind and hours of operation are very convenient as well. We are very happy with the decision.

We highly recommend StorageMart for storing your belongings, whether short-term or long-term. The units at Bell Farm Road are spacious, clean, and climate-controlled (warm in winter; cool/dehumidifying in summer). The security measures are excellent.Mike, the manager, was very efficient and pleasant in helping us choose the right size unit needed for proper storage of all items; ensuring the unit was clean, including removing an oil slick left by a previously stored motorcycle; and reviewing and processing papers regarding rules and regulations; cost of the unit; insurance, etc.The unit has been rented for only a short time but so far, we are quite please with StorageMart.
