Customers receive a very warm greeting when entering the store. Service is friendly and efficient. The store is also very clean and it has a real open concept. Nice place to stop and grab a coffee.

For my coffee, they are 50% more expensive than their main competitor. They didn't have any dark roast without a 5-10 minute wait. They didn't know that 'regular' means 1 cream 1 sugar-then after clarifying that, they only put cream in. The coffee was ok, but I'm not really impressed.

I'm not a fan of their coffee, but enjoy a few other drinks and baked items, but absolutely love the customer service present at every Starbucks I've been to. Every retail business should aspire to the Starbucks standard.

Came into the building. Friendly staff and all but I asked for my caramel ribbon crunch to be lactose free and by the severe stomach pains afterwards I can safely say they did not make it lactose free. Guess I will have to watch when they make it.

Every staff member has a smile on their faces and helps you to have one too! The drive-thru is quick but the member at the window is sure to take time to ask about your day.
