There definitely is a cleanliness issue here. I have only ever ordered fries or drinks (when the frappe machine actually works). If the dining room is this filthy, what does the kitchen look like??

Poor experience. Went to try their new spicy nuggets. They did not have the corresponding sauce. Ok. After being the only order on the board I waited 10 minutes while the manager chatted away with someone standing around behind the counter. Not sure what took so long when it was only one meal. No one else In store. After finally getting my food, I went to ask for a refill. Any other McDonald’s location you can refill your cup. Even here, you used to be able to get free refills. But not anymore. How much money are you really saving denying one of the rare customers who has to ask to have his drink refilled? Me choosing not to come here anymore will cost you more than if you were to fill my medium cup with iced tea two times…

My recent visit to the McDonald's Restaurant located at the Walmart in New Sudbury was nothing short of a complete disappointment. I arrived at around 4:30 pm and placed a simple order for a hamburger and a large fry. However, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes without receiving my order. The pick-up counter line grew longer and longer, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting and goofing around in the kitchen than actually serving customers.As the wait continued, I observed the kitchen staff working at a snail's pace, completely oblivious to the growing frustration of the waiting customers. Their lack of professionalism and poor work ethic were evident. It was disheartening to witness such a lazy and unprofessional attitude from the staff responsible for serving customers.When I finally approached the counter to inquire about my order, the staff member disappeared into the kitchen without providing any assistance or updates. Another 10 minutes passed before my order was brought to me, only to find out that it was completely wrong. I had to go through the hassle of requesting a refund, which took even more precious time.To make matters worse, throughout my entire visit, loud Punjabi music blared from the kitchen, creating an unpleasant and disruptive atmosphere in the dining area. It was evident that the staff had no regard for the comfort of the customers or the overall dining experience.The staff's unfriendliness, lack of English-speaking skills, and poor communication further added to the frustration. It is clear that the staff at this location is ill-equipped and under-qualified to provide satisfactory service to Canadian diners. This experience at McDonald's was, by far, the worst dining experience I have ever encountered.I strongly advise against visiting this McDonald's location if you value efficient service, professionalism, and a pleasant dining atmosphere. McDonald's should address these issues promptly to avoid tarnishing their brand reputation further.

We were unable to order Latte using the app as the menu item was greyed out for the location. The app did not work in the store too. Then they gave me sweetened awful testing drink, I still don't know what the drink was. Finally the manager intervened and after two attempts I finally almost got what I was looking far. Not 100 % but I had run out of patience and time to get it fixed.We had such a great experience when we visited last year. If that goodwill did not exist, I would have rated this store one star.So much time and energy was wasted just for a latte at this 'fast' food restaurant.I hope somebody takes a note.

They may be short staffed, but the older woman working there is putting her heart and soul into every order she takes and prepares. She’s working the front end completely alone dealing with disrespectful teenagers, and still manages to serve everyone with a smile. Promote this lovely lady, she deserves it more than anything

The place was filthy! No clean tables, booth seats had food, papers, napkins all over. The floors! Were so dirty! Covered with food, napkins, etc. Had to move food with feet to be able to sit at my dirty table! Should be looked into! What I could see of the kitchen, it looked similar to where people eat! Will not be eating there anymore. Also, with covid going on, should definitely be cleaner!

Young man served me roughly at 8.10, super service, brought my drink out and seated me, great light casual conversation, succesfull upsell, this interaction would've made head office wet.

The last time I went to this McDonalds was my last time. When I ordered my food everything was okay, when I was half way through eating my food I noticed the woman who made my food wiping her nose with the gloves she was wearing to make peoples food. I had to stop eating my food. I went up to the cash and asked why she was wiping her nose with the gloves and then continuing to make peoples food. She looked at me and told me to mind my business.... I then told her it is my business because she just made my food. I told them I didn't eat all my food and that I wanted a refund because of how she was handling our food. They refused to give me my money back even though I had the rest of the food with me. So I just walked away before things got bad. With Covid going around and other viruses they should NOT be handling our food like that. That was gross. So Be carful going to this McDonald's. I won't be going back again. Even if they would have given me my money back.
