Would not recommend this place. The owner is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service.

Worked with Ivy who was simply fantastic. She's very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately things went south once David (store owner I believe?) got involved. Regardless, Ivy tried to get things back on track. We were quoted $8500 for our flooring job, but Ivy recommended that an inspector visit the property before finalizing the quote. Prior to this, we received 3 other quotes. We were recommended to Oakville Flooring by friends. The price went from $8500 to $8700 after the onsite inspection. Two other quotes came in at $8000 and $8100. I told Oakville flooring I would give them the business if they did the job at $8500 only because they were a referral from a friend and we could trust their work. They stood firm at $8700 and passed on the job over $200.Gives me the impression that they are not interested in referred business. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately we wont be able to recommend them to any of our friends or family or give them any future business.
