I absolutely love this store at the brockville location I've dealt with Stasia and she goes above and beyond to help customers!! She always keeps you in the loops and always makes sure your comfortable with pricings before she proceeds with anything if you go here ask for Stasia!!

I have furniture and a loan, been a customer for over 3 years. Amazing place if you ever need a little help with not the greatest credit. I highly recommend them. The staff is also very helpful. You can also get money back when referring someone you know and they get approved how great is that.

I would rate way less than 0 stars if I could they break laws set by the government have extremely poor customer service. I personally will never deal with any thing through 'go easy' again.

Walked into the store to see what they had available and the 2 employees in the store didn't even look up from their phones. We walked around the store waiting for assistance and they whispered something to each other laughed and continued to ignore us so we left. I don't think I have ever experienced such rude service in my life. How do they even stay open?

Absolutely horrible customer service. I can’t wait to be done with this place. One of their sales reps has been harassing me via text, I’ve made 2 formal complaints against her. To this day I don’t know her name, even after continuously asking she refused to tell me. I’ve had to block her number. Do not go here. She also brought her kids with her to my home when my furniture was dropped off? That should have been my first red flag. 0 stars.

there is no spot for zero stars ....so i had to give them 1.Terrible customer service...3 years of paying for a TV ,no late or missed payments. After paying off the TV easy home was still taking money from my account every week...and each week I had to contact them and go to the store to get my money from them .... terrible business ,unorganized and will never purchase from here again! Rip off artists at their finest ! How many people are they doing this to that dint notice ...?
