Limitless Tire - North York

I wanted to buy tires and get alignment done on an 2003 minivan. They told me they “don’t do alignments on cars that are 10 years old or older“ and hung up!I never got to ask to buy tires.Maybe if you don’t hang up, you could have had the tire sales.This here is my experience with their North York branch.

Top notch service - Hafiz was really helpful and friendly through the whole process of getting my tires in. As I am still new to the car scene and not quite familiar with the different specs of tires, Hafiz and his colleague Zain [Brampton Location] were able to break down the details as to what tires to purchase and how the deposit/install process went down. They both made it really easy for me to understand and immediately made me feel better about placing my order through them. Hafiz coordinated the purchase for me through from the North York location, over to the Brampton location.Super nice guys, they really are the best in the business for all things tires.Earned a customer for life! All my vehicles will have tires purchased through Limitless Tires, starting with my BMW M4 now. 5 stars, forever!

I don't really do reviews but this one was a must, if you are looking to get some new wheels and tires for your vehicle go see my man Sal down at Limitless tire North York. Sal and his team took their time and did the job right the first time and I am happy with the end result. I would recommend these guys to anybody at anytime. Huge thanks to Sal that helped me out from beginning to end and was very easy going with helping me choose the right tires and wheels. Would give more than 5 stars if Google allowed me to. Thanks guys for the great customer service. Will be back in the future.

I called to book an appointment to get new tires and a wheel alignment. The manager told me I had to pay a $100.00 deposit via e-transfer in order for him to order the tires so I did. When I got there at the Bridgeland location the manager insisted I pay the full amount before he even starts the work so I did thinking that he would replace all four tires and do the wheel alignment. However, he didn’t. He only replaced three tires and didn’t do the wheel alignment because one of the tires couldn’t be removed because one of the nut was stuck or stripped and he didn’t want to fix it for liability reasons. I did mention it to him before paying $1000.00 and all he cared about was that I pay up front and have me sign the receipt which I didn’t pay too much attention to because I didn’t think that a tire place wouldn’t know nor want to replace the tire and keep my money.They should have never replaced three tires and leave the winter tire on that wasn’t safe to drive at that point because he wanted me to sign waiver document and also suggested I have a tow truck pick up my car but wouldn’t reimburse me for the alignment that was not done and for not replacing the fourth tire. The manager should have called me before doing any work to let me know he couldn’t remove the one tire and let me decide if I wanted him to proceed but he didn’t because he knew I would say no to replacing three tires only. I was very upset but he didn’t seem to care. All he cared about was taking my money and insisting I signed a receipt that says I can’t get my money back. He also said that he did his best. This is no way yo treat a customer that just paid you $1000.00. I had to then go to green and Ross where the mechanic was able to replace the fourth tire for me and charged me another $230.00 which should have been done by limitless tires on Bridgeland. Will never recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever go back.

Very happy with this level of service from Limitless Tire. Technician was very knowledgeable and highly skilled trained and service gentleman at front was very efficient on payment and paperwork.Definitely recommend someone who need quality tire and rim services from this tire store.

You have to pay up front before any service is started. This should have been red flag as I have never been to any tire or automotive shop where you pay before the service is completed. When they couldn’t complete the services that were paid for due to the fact they were unable to replace a stripped wheel stud on one wheel, because as a tire shop that is not a service they perform??Took it to another shop across the street to have that issue fixed and returned back to Limitless Tire to have the wheel alignment completed as it was already paid for. Was told they couldn’t accommodate us but we could return the following day if we wanted the alignment done. As we would be unable to return for the wheel alignment, I asked for a refund for that portion of the invoice that we had already paid for. The manager then brought it to our attention that they have a no refund policy as stated on the contract we signed. Very unprofessional service and operation. BUYER BEWARE!

Gotta say PERFECT" to them! They are wonderful and absolutely the best when it comes to service and opinions..I reach out to them at MIDNIGHT 2am for just some opinion over a new set of rim and tire...since the factory one is very boring....and yes...you are looking it right ..it is a Roll Royce...I don't wanna bring it to just anyone or any shop....I have heard of them over years on Instagram....so they reply me back right at 2am for some options and ideas....I also told them wanna lower the car with lowering link since it rides on air...and boi oh boi....they deliver everything with top notch services where I can fully trust them of what they are doing .... Price is absolutely reasonable....ain't no way they ruined their name for charging extra....they know what I want and what I need...very responsive and their team has a great vibe....i rarely give out review...only when its really good and deserve all the wordings I'm typing here to show the world how great they are! Keep it going!"

Poor customer service, I was sold tires with warranty and was never given a card or sticker or invoice when to return. Beware they took $7000 already. I knew it was too good to be true.
