Amazing service, the woman was friendly, prompt and was quick to get the help I needed with replacing my licence. This is the service Ontario to go to! Awesome work!

I don’t get why this place is given so many bad reviews. I’m from Oakville and visit this ServiceOntario centre often. All the ladies working there are lovely, especially Ava. For example today she went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. They are also fast and efficient. A few weeks back the lineup was all the way outside. I was at the counter in less than 20 minutes. I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with people nowadays. All they do is complain. Life isn’t perfect. To the ladies working at this centre - keep up the good work and thank you for always helping with anything and everything!

Love the team in this specific office, they are extremely friendly, helpful and very patient. I visited the office with my parents inlaw who just landed a couple of days ago, they wanted to get id card and a health card. Ben, Mary, and Amy accommodated my father inlaw who doesn't see at all, in a very human and professional manner. It was extremely challenging for my father inlaw who doesn't see to take the picture and sign, but they were very patient with him

Be prepared to wait for 2-3 hrs no matter what time you come in. The security guards at the door are on a power trip. There is NO logical order of who is in line and who is in front of you. They make it up as they go along. Playing musical chairs on unsanitized seats. It will make sense when you are here. Patients people all around me were getting up and walking away. What a waste of time. Make sure you get here on your day off as they will waste your whole day. Do yourself a favour, choose another location!!!

There is an female employee working in this place who was very rude to her customers. I was asking her questions about applying for health cards for my newly landed parents, she kept saying “Why do I have to repeat myself? “ I mean, Excuse me? You are working here, your job is to serve customers and clarifying questions! She is not only being rude but also has had a huge attitude. After a few minutes being treated disrespectfully, I decided to leave this place. However, I heard she shouted behind me “Oh, MY GOD!” I would strongly suggest everyone to avoid this place! I would give ZERO star if I could!

I would rate 0 if I can. I don't get why this service Ontario location even exists. For everything you go there they are like you have to go to the other location

this location does not allow walk-in enter the room until next counter is available for walk-ins while there’s apparently plenty empty seats inside, why can’t we wait inside there? What is this policy? At any other locations, people are welcome to take a number as walk-in and wait for the counter to call. guess why i’m walk-in, sth unexpected happen and i need to replace my drivers license asap. On average days, people may take it, yesterday was -20C. This is not very nice.
