i ordered the two chubby chicken deal and one of the patties were super small while the other one was huge. one was really chewy and the other was cold and raw on the inside..

I visited the store on June 11th, 2023 around 1430 and ordered an iced vanilla latte. The latte came out with no ice at a warm temperature, most likely because the ice melted with the hot espresso. I asked if it would be possible to get some more ice in the latte as it was still quite lukewarm. Two cashiers refused, stating that there is a policy that they are unable to provide extra ice. One individual provided additional information that if they provide extra ice it would be similar to getting an upsize. Slightly confused by this rationale as I would have thought an upsize included an increase in espresso and milk, not ice. Overall the (warm) iced vanilla latte was good in taste, but this whole interaction made me extremely confused.

I don't leave reviews on google, but this A&W definitely deserves a review because it was that good. We went through the drive thru because we were short on time but had a rather complex order and an allergy. We were bracing ourselves for some type of error (cuz that's usually what happens), but they served us quickly and with 100% accuracy. We were very impressed. The girls were also very pleasant. This is one of the best locations we've been to. Thanks everyone.

This A&W can’t seem to do anything right. I’ve been there 3 times in the past few weeks and they consistently screw up. Payed extra for 5 buddy burgers to have cheese, didnt get cheese on 2 of them. The frozen coffee i ordered is only 3/4 full. They forgot pies when I order them, and they’re also extremely slow.

Waited 15 mins for 3 bacon n egger at 6 in the morning in drive thru. Finally went in to see what the delay was and no one in the restaurant and my 3 bacon n eggers were under the heat lamp. Drive away to discover I have 3 crumbs of bacon on my sandwich, and my bun hard.Worst service I have ever had, never again. Do better, a waste of my time and money.

Wonderful restaurant. A&W always is pretty consistent in terms of taste, however the staff here are accommodating and accountable, wherein if there is a mistake with an order - like when I received the wrong sandwich - they replace it ASAP and work to rectify it (even if it wasn't much of an issue). Fantastic eatery that I'll be certain to return to when desiring a term burger!

This place gets an extra star for the beyond meat burger. Delicious for carnivores and herbivores alike! After that, try the great onion rings. This A&W has 4 or 5 tables outside, which is perfect to enjoy -on a hot day- some cold pop in the chilled mugs. They have breakfast items for sale all day, which makes my son happy (but takes a few extra minutes).

I wouldnt recommend going to this location! Went to this location on our way home from a basketball tournament. We ordered 2 burgers and it took 20 minutes!! My son stood inside to wait for the burgers and he said the staff looked super disorganized. I wish I had read these reviews as I would have gone in the drive through line (which wasn't moving) or would have gone to a different restaurant. My son's friend ordered the exact same burger after my son and received his burger 10 minutes before my son. This is definitely not fast food!

I'm not one for leaving reviews on fast food joints, but this experience is worth noting. I had the Beyond Meat with Cheese combo and onion rings for lunch. My order was ready as I reached the window. The staff member was efficient and courteous. In hindsight, I should have captured the burger in a photo - it was presented like it was straight from a gourmet food shoot. It was served hot, looked great and most importantly, tasted fantastic. Thumbs up!
