During these trying time of Covid-19, an understanding of clients with medical issues like severe asthma who need to remove their face masks for a brief few minutes to take medication and catch their breath while sitting in the office waiting room alone, should be respected. Brockville Wellness Registered Massage Therapy gave me a difficult time about removing my mask for this exact reason and insisted I put it back on immediately for it is office policy. Provincial regulation states that, and I quote You do not need to wear a face covering if you: have a medical condition that inhibits your ability to wear a face covering"Disappointed with the lack of provincial regulation knowledge and empathy for medical disabilities
