Shawarma Pit is the best! I have been several times and I can honestly say that the food is amazing and a well needed addition to Belleville and the surrounding areas! If that wasn't enough, the service is off the charts and the owner is super sweet and kind! I can't wait for my next visit!!

Grew up in Toronto... I can assure you, these ladies are the real deal! If you enjoy authentic, delicious food, bring yourself over here. Best falafels I've had... maybe ever.

Looks dirty and and very low quality but shawarma was good. Humus and garlic butter should be thicker in consitancy

Best falafels I have eaten since I lived in Toronto and ate at a small Lebanese restaurant in Leslieville. I try to treat myself once a week to a meal out, but I have been drawn back to Shawarma Pit 3 times in the past few days! The staff are super friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious-- even a small pita will fill you up. My brother is coming down this weekend from Kingston, and we will definitely be making a stop in for a falafel. I really hope the owners are able to open their larger restaurant sometime in the near future-- Belleville needs more cultured restaurants, and less chains-- I'm sure whatever they decide to do will be a hit! Thanks for bringing great flavour to Belleville!

Amazing food, catered our wedding and it was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly staff, great prices, wonderful fresh healthy food!

I'm honestly not sure how people have rated this so high. We went there this weekend and ordered a chicken platter. My first issue is that contrary to other shawarma places she put the salad in the large part of the take out box and gave us a quarter portion of rice and chicken. If I wanted salad with a side of chicken that's what I would have ordered...secondly chicken was dry and bland, most likely over cooked because of how chewy it was. The garlic sauce was not very flavorful and the young lady had to shake a few of them and inspect them before giving it to us - if you have to inspect it then honestly just throw it out. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the kind service and the option to add feta cheese on the salad.

First time tonight - Was delicious! The ladies who run it are so super friendly and cute- chatting away while they prepped our food. We ordered a bunch of different things, as we were hungry and we'd never been before- the portions are huge.. I'm pretty sure we could only finish half of it! Mixed Platter was amazing. Food was fresh. Prices great. We will be back!

We love it here. Belleville can struggle to accept cuisines of different cultures, but damn... you can have a Santa Fe chicken Salad at Shoeless Joe’s ... or you can enjoy handcrafted grub by these lovely folks. We appreciate the efforts made by these ladies, and love the result! Amazing Schwarma, Falafel, etc...

Great place! Authentic and delicious. As a bonus, they are really nice. Extremely happy to have them in Belleville as they opened not long ago.
