I feel so fortunate to be a client of Ersi and the people at Sunnyside HVAC. Ersi and the people of Sunnyside HVAC are honest, straight forward and hard working. What more can you ask for? The photo isn't glamorous... it's a hot water tank...but this picture represents all of the hard work and caring, individualized service that Sunnyside HVAC provides. This winter, of course, my rented water heater breaks down. I called the big company who owned the water heater. I waited an hour to speak to a call-taker who scheduled a technician to attend 2 days later between 2-6 pm. At 5:31 pm, I get an email receipt that the technician had finished the job even though nobody came by. So I spend another hour waiting for a call-taker to tell me that the technician had come by, knocked on the door and called without success. Unfortunately, this was a lie as my entire family was home with lights on and multiple cellphone telephone numbers attached to the account. I had even called multiple times, during the 4 hour window, to confirm that I was home. After a tremendous amount of negotiations with the big company, they agreed to let me terminate the rental agreement and to return the hot water tank. I call Ersi of Sunnyside HVAC and he agrees to install a new hot water tank the next day. Of course, Ersi shows up. He does simple courteous things like calling me to update me on his estimated time of arrival. So simple but so helpful! A couple hours of hard work and once again, my family has hot water again. Ersi is even kind enough to transport the old rental hot water tank back to the big company who owns it. I trust Ersi and the people of Sunnyside HVAC so much that my furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank were all installed by them. Why go with a big faceless company when you can have honest, hard working people like Ersi, of a family-run company in Sunnyside HVAC, take care of your heating and cooling needs? If you are looking for heating and cooling work to be done, I highly recommend Ersi and the family-oriented people at Sunnyside HVAC.

Ersi, Peter, and their entire team were professional and completed the job to the highest standards. We had our old AC units replaced with new units and they coordinated the right tradespeople to remove the old units and did the new install. SunnySide did an excellent job of retrofitting my home with central air. They brought in a crew to help with the demolition and removal of the old boiler, radiators, and plumbing. Ersi and his team came up with the least intrusive ways of running ducts all over the house. It was a lot of work, but they finished in a week's time and my A/C works great!Of all the companies I reached out to, SunnySide was the first to respond, first to visit, and provided the best quote. I recommend them 100%!

Really happy with the work done from SunnySide on replacing the water heater and furnace. I appreciate them for educating me on the government rebate program as well as recommending the most efficient furnace and water heater. So much space was freed from removing the old water heater it was hard to believe. Thank you!
