Fantastic purchasing experience! Purchased a 2019 Road Glide and I live 8 hrs away in Ontario. Buying an expensive bike that far away without viewing it can be stressful, however Mathieu made the experience stress-free, comfortable and easy to navigate. He offered video, photographs and explained all details. He also was very knowledgeable with out of province sales.I picked up the bike 3-4 days after purchasing it and it was exactly as advertised. No issues.Transferring and registration in Ontario was a breeze... no stress there either.I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely shop here again.I purchased a 2019 Road Glide cheaper than anywhere else in Canada and I was very happy with my purchase.

i just drove 8hrs to look at a bike that was not in the condition discussed. Pictures and videos were sent to me yet they did not disclose all damages!only told me about 2 issues! would not budge on the price either after knowing the repairs will cost 1500$! As i called a kawasaki dealer infront of them!Waste of my time! ALL DAMAGES WERE NOT DISCUSSED! I have pictures and videos to prove it! I was told about 2 areas of damage and that was all! Yes videos and photos were sent of what was talked abo it! AGAIN ONCE YOU GET ON PERSON A FOOT FROMT THE BIKE YOU SEE ALL THE FLAWS.. all of which could be sent via a close up picture! Howver only 2 spots were sent and talked about. Every panel had an issue!!!!!WHY WOULD I WASTE 16hrs to drive at a bike that was completely dmaaged! They acted so stupid like they had no idea about the rest of the damages! Yes i went to multiple dealer within my region ans were all in better condition! Will strongly not recommend these people!

I want to share that buying my first bike from this dealership was great. After talking to Mathieu he recommended a better ride to suit my needs. He worked hard to have it delivered to me as promised!

Fantastic customer service! Purchased a preowned bike from Mat. He took his time with me, emailed me pictures and was able to negotiate the price. He was extremely laid back and not pushy in any way. I purchased a used motorcycle online, sight unseen while I was away in South America on business. Mathieu, assured me the bike was in great condition as shown in the online photos. I trusted him and wired my deposit.I visited the shop a month later when I returned to Canada to see the bike in person and it was in EXCELLENT condition as promised!
