I have been using this Health Centre for years for X-Rays. The staff is nice. It has payed parking monitored by Impark. If you have “Tag” app, you can use it to pay.

One star for lack of free parking ! Patients are going there for health issues, not for pleasure. I would make it zero stars but have to select one to post a comment.

Parking is terrible here. Also you have to pay. Bro, charge me $2 more on my xray and let it be free parking. Damnn!

Less than 1 star is more appropriate for west coast imaging and X-ray on lower floor! These people were called this morning to request if they were able to accommodate a 94 year old man whose been ill for weeks and needing an X-ray as we were told he’d have to be “held up” since they haven’t other options and we were told “yes, that will be fine, you can hold him up. We took the painstaking process ( both for him at 94 and ourselves to take him from his care home to this facility for this purpose, paid for parking, we were met at the desk by an short and curt receptionist who was less than kind as she stated she needed to ask the technician. Then another employee comes out to say “no, we can’t help you here” after being told by the previous that they could. A flippant “have a nice day, sorry we couldn’t help you here” as she’s walking away from people who are clearly frustrated is NOT acceptable nor would I recommend these “Keystone Cop” excuse for a medical imaging place to my worst enemy. Beware the flip flop and refusal to accept responsibility. Kindness and efficiency are clearly not part of the mission statement if they even have one.

It’s very convenient.
