Guys are on time and had all the right equipment to get my gutters vacuum cleaned!

After booking with them 2 weeks in advance, they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. An hour after the no show, I called them and left a message to call me back (this was Saturday). Got a call back on Tuesday, with an apology and some excuse that the technician on that day didnt show up and didnt have my number to call me and notify. Told me that I can rebook if I want to or not. I asked for a discount because of my inconvenience. He said no. I asked how soon will my appointment be if I rebook. He said in 2 weeks. The guy did not seem to want or need my business at all! Considering they pulled a no show, they should have made some time to rebook as this was their issue, not mine. Too bad, was interested in using other services they offer if they did a good job. Their loss.
