Was offered a position at a mall by Jennifer, Gardas Human Resources person for this location. I said I will take it and she said she would email me the information of where to meet the supervisor etc at the mall a few days later. Fast toward those few hours and she emailed me saying that position was filled and no longer an option. So what was the point of saying I’m hired only to fill it by someone else? Emailed about what happened only to get no response. Looks like she needs more Human Resources practise if she be doing this shady stuff.

Not paying their employees on time. If there were scoring in negativity i would have score them -5. Its been around two months I haven't received my pay. At the time of work the treat you like dogs.

One star because Google won’t allow negative. Why do they have given a phone if no one is going to answer it no matter what extension is dialed. If you NEED immediate assistance you better be prepared to be on your own.

This company is unbelievably unprofessional towards their guards and run this company very poorly. If anybody is considering this as a place of employment, look elsewhere. I’ve seen criminals treated with more respect than their employees.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Save your time. Gardaworld Scheduling is unprofessional. They have stressed me out more times than I can count.They deserve no stars. Save the stress and choose a different company. The company hired incompetent people to be in the scheduling team. They will send you to places not even in your city and make you waste your gas to go to a site that's 1hr or more away.The scheduler even gave my position away when I was working at the site full time and he said it was a open" position. How is it a open position when I was working there FULL TIME."

As contractor of this company, I do not see any unprofessional management done on their part. I have experience greatness as a contractor. They do not mess with your pay and they give you multiple sign in options either by phone or app.As for customer experience; the majority of their contractors are reliable and those that aren't are the downfall experience that puts the company name in a bad name. However, 9/10 you will score greatness and succeed expectations. As a contractor, I care about my job and my role to ensure both sides are satisfied.

GardaWorld is one of the best Security Services in Ontario. I love to work with them.

Stephen Colosi had called me for an interview, which I agreed to. I drove all the way from Waterloo to Hamilton for the time we agreed upon AND HE LEFT TO GO TO A JOB FAIR THAT MORNING. When I raised my concerns to the front desk about me having to travel that far they called him and he lied to me saying he tried to get in contact with me and sent me an email". I was pretty frustrated as this was my second time having a similar experience with this company and again raised my concern. They set me up for an interview (for a totally unrelated job) with Wahid Wafaq who seemed to be reasonable but after promising he would let me know what was going on
