Love this place! Everyone was so helpful, from the paperwork (thank you Heather!) to the careful explanation about my areas of concern and the plan of care. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and you can see this when they do their follow up calls with you. Will definitely continue going back for all my orthotics needs.

Wow! What a difference I experienced with the new shoes and ankle sleeve I got from Bioped. Megan was wonderful to meet with, she gave me great information regarding my feet and the best options for me. I highly recommend coming here for your foot care needs. Your feet will thank you ☺️

The inserts are helping me walk and are very comfortable. It took me no more than a few days to get used to them! and Megan was super nice and welcoming!

Ryan Nesbitt who works with me is excellent in his profession. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He makes appropriate suggestions that appreciate. He was recommended to me by both my sisters and brother-in-law. He makes sure that the insoles that he made are comfortable and does a follow up a few weeks later. I highly recommend him.

2023: Front office secretary was seemingly nice but also seemed perturbed by something, maybe just caught her on a bad day...-the foot specialist was pleasant and had good information-a bit pricey

The staff are professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. The Pedorthist took the time to explain everything in detail and followed up after I had the orthotics for a few weeks to make sure I didn't have any concerns or questions. The staff was also very helpful in ensuring that I had everything I needed for my insurance carrier.
