Waited 20 minutes for 1 McFlurry and when I got it it was melted and also store had no customers here and I waited at the front for 5 mins before my order got taken…

I know not to expect great things when I go to a mcdonalds. However, I'm not exaggerating when I say that every single time I've ordered from the counter here, something is messed up or wrong. This is also using the self-serve kiosk. So there should be no room for error.The other day, I ordered two chicken mcmuffins with no mayo. One showed up with mayo, the other without cheese.The time before that, I waited 10 minutes for a black coffee. Only to receive what I suspect was a french vanilla latte. I usually prefer mcdonalds coffee to tims or a&w, but this location is serving up colored water at best.Sometimes, when you make the mistake of ordering at the till, you get to see a worker milling around the front of the restaurant, making small talk with people while a line forms.Whenever you bring up a problem to the front-end staff, the older managers make sure that you know it is your fault for ordering wrong. And then proceed to verbally berate some other staff member. The lack of respect or professionalism by management has been noticed.The drive through is usually a safe bet. The younger staff do a good job there. But the front end is a mess.Now, no one cares, because it's mcdonalds. A faceless corporation doesn't care about a nobodies google review. But I would be remiss if I failed to review and mention such a disappointing experience in my community.Pick the A&W or Tims instead for your cheap fast option.

Drive through is ALWAYS slow at night. Like no cars in the drive through at 10pm but yet I have to wait 20 minutes for service?? Shame on the night shift here, it’s the worst service I’ve had at a McDonald’s

Bad, I ordered 2 big Mac meals and extra large fries, coke and Fanta, she told us to move to a window where we waited and waited then hubby went to check out why it was taking long and 2 cars came and went with their orders behind us. We were given just the meals no extra fries and coke tasted nothing like coke, Fanta tasted like utopia am so maaaad wasted my money for rubbish. Bad customer service. Go at your own risk

this is the second time in a week they’ve messed my order up.first time, completely didn’t give us half our order and by the time we realized we were already home and it wasn’t worth going back.this time it was completely inedible. who puts a POUND of mustard on a burger ordered with NO MUSTARD. Figure it the hell out. it’s not hard.

Bright with 10’ drive thru clearance, pick up spots, and newly updated indoor seating.McCafé had no stock at 9:30 pm and our food took longer to prep than expected. The drive thru seemed to be priority here.I appreciated their thorough Covid-19 policies.
