Words cannot describe how professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring Climate Control is. From answering our phone calls in the office, providing us a quote, to the crews that came and worked on our installation.We converted our heating from electric baseboard to forced air natural gas and installed an air conditioner. We weren’t planning on doing our fireplace, but we were extremely impressed with Climate Control, we moved up that project 6 months and are in the process in getting a new gas fireplace from Climate Control.Climate control involved us in the process every step of the way. They were clean, efficient and beyond knowledgeable and ensured we got the best air circulation in our home.Climate control has our business for life and my recommendation for anyone considering any of the services they provide.

We had a large new build done top to bottom (forced air, AC, 2 HVACs, 2 reznors,and an in-floor heating system. I would say the most impressive quality the owner Steve has is that he is very responsive to calls and texts. He reply's instantly whether it's a question or need something done. His staff is also amazing to work with. They are knowlegeable and courteous. A+ They made this part of our build so much easier for us.

Steve and his team at Climate Control have once again gone above and beyond! We came home late last night to our very old furnace no longer working. Within minutes, Steve responded to me and he had his team here bright and early to install a new furnace. We are very thankful for the professional service and care that Steve and Climate Control provided. If you have any heating or cooling needs for your home, don’t hesitate to give his company a call. Wow good service is hard to get but our experience with Climate Control has been outstanding! Of course our AC stopped working during this recent heatwave but Steve responded right away. Jason showed up on time, very professional and pleasant and got us up and running. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!

We normally dread having a technician come over to our place. They are often late, and leave the job site dirty. But the service from Steve at Climate Control was great. He arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up after himself. He also took the time to explain our heating issues in a very clear manner. He’s the best technician we’ve ever had!

Steve and his crew installed the furnace, air conditioning system and all of the related ductwork throughout our newly constructed home, as well as an additional vent to aid in warming up our lower level. which was above and beyond our contract. All work was finished in a timely manner & no mess was created. Great follow up when we had any questions. We highly recommend Climate Control! Barry Johnston
