Today's Family
My child was on waiting list. Then they called me themselves if I want to put my child into the program. I went there to see. Talked to them. Everything was set. I just asked them to email me the details so that I don’t have any doubts and also I have to share it with my husband. It’s the third day, I am still waiting for the email, instead I emailed them 2 times to please send the details but there was no reply from there end. They are very irresponsible.

In tears as I write this. My child attends the before and after school program. They do nothing to protect the children. I may have to quit my job just to keep my child out of the program. There's a specific child in there who literally beats the other children and the ECEs working there. Pulls hair, bites, punches, and all around violent to anyone who interacts with them. Many parents have contacted them to protect their kids. Today's Family has done nothing to protect either their staff of the children in their care.
