With her warm personality and her bold artistic side, Melissa is an outstanding pastry chef. Her cakes are simply marvellous. Numerous places put emphasis on esthetics rather than on taste. This is not the case here: well balanced and wonderful cakes. Moreover, her creations are customizable as she welcomes your ideas. The end result is a reflection of your ideas and her creative sense of art.

WOW!! The team at Gateau Signe M far exceeded our expectations. We ordered a wedding cake from them and it was spectacular! They did things with butter cream that I didn't even know were possible! Our cake was stunning AND delicious. We couldn't wait to have more and we are looking forward to eating it again on our 1 year anniversary. The cake itself was moist and delicious, the filling was fresh, nothing was too sweet, and the buttercream-to-cake ratio was perfect. From the initial meeting to delivery, everything was flawless. I never imagined they would be able to take our ideas and bring them to life!
