They didn't honor deadlines or pricing. Communicated one price and then charged me WAY over the quote. The worksmanship was sloppy. Never going back.

Took a just a rim and tire to his place so he could mount the tire on the rim.He quoted me 500$ cause it was a wide rim.I got it done for 70$ else where. Had he been fair with me i would have done business with him.

worst experience in my 40 years of riding. was lied to ,cheated and robbed, totally unscrupulous, lacking moral integrity and any form of business ethics, i couldn't even post this without putting a 1 star, i give them a negative, star rating, just glad i got my bike outta there before they lied to me further, ..wow...i feel lucky just to get my bike to another mechanic before they took me for more , and it wasn't easy getting out, had to lie cuz they wanted to take me for more, ALL BLING NO QUALITY

I've passed this place a thousand times and never thought of bringing my bike there. Even though I don't own a Kreater bike (the workmanship on his creations alone should tell you something about this shop) George treated me and my bike like it was one of his own. He took considerable time to answer my questions and provide some ideas, he's a pretty cool guy to talk to. I like to wrench my own stuff but there's those times you need an expert and those times you need some custom stuff done up, without hesitation I'm going Kreater!

Had some vintage work done which was fine. A full bike build, however, came only with empty promises; after more than a year had to pull it out, with the engine covered in mechanical dust from being displayed uncovered in the shop. Exercise caution before leaving a project here.

very rude guys...very poor knowledge of mechanics, my advice to everyone is to stay away from this workshop...
