I absolutely love the service and the doctors at this! Twice now once in September and just last week, I end up getting an appointment within 48 hours when I call. Both times the doctors were absolutely knowledgeable and able to help me. Most definitely will go there when needed

I booked an appointment for my father as that was the only opening I had seen for weeks. They were understanding when I was a bit late and gave good medical advice to my father and I.

Only leaving a 3 because the doctor I seen there got the referrals I needed, after ONE receptionist finally booked me an appointment (young girl). The older women was completely incompetent I asked her 4 times to make an appointment for the walk in clinic time and she kept repeating herself saying it's a walk in clinic

Super good,Receptionists are friendly and professional same as my doctor. I had health problems and my physician was able to see me on the following day which was amazing as I thought it would take weeks! She has been always accessible and act promply to my needs! Dr. Maha Mikail do take the time to listen to you and i dont feel rushed at my visit. 100% satisfied.

Staff are nice ,we seem to alway's have a problem with Dr.Crouteau filling out a medicalThis time around we've been waiting 6 weeks for him to sign a form.We call the staff about why the delay but there's only so much they can do to remind the dr to sign ....the dr chooses to ignore the reminders from staff.I understand he is busy ,but I'm sure within 6 weeks he could of sign the form.Was told we should make another appointment with him to get it done ..we already went 6 weeks ago ,should of been done that day !!Ready to search for another doctor who cares about his patients.And does his job properly.

When they took appointments on call, the health care service was way better !!! Now you have to call this new number they provide you with that is completely useless !!! They never pickup, you always have to leave a voicemail and they only return your phone call when they have time. The service went from 10 to a major 0 !!! Not impressed by the lack of commitment.
