Excellent, Chris Dowsett installed a new humidifier and Pristine UV air system for better air quality .He did myyearly maintenance for my furnace all within a short time. I recommend Dr HVAC for heating and air conditioning maintenance .

Had a heat pump installed by Saeid today and he was great - him and his colleague worked hard all day to ensure the install was done in a timely manner. They were very courteous, explained what they were doing and cleaned up nicely after themselves.

Danny Nguyen did a wonderful job cleaning our ductwork. He explained the entire process and was careful and respectful with our property. He was on time, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. HVAC and Danny Nguyen.

Contacted this company because our AC quit working and our nephew recommended them. Saeid and his team came and installed a heat pump system. They were professional and worked hard. The sales rep Angela was great as well.

Absolute worst customer service imaginable. I had this company “service” and “clean” my ductless AC wall unit a few months ago. Unfortunately I wasn’t there at the time, just my tenant. Apparently they were in and out in a few minutes and the machine was just as dirty when they left. Fast forward a few months and my AC unit is leaking water everywhere, destroying the wall, window frame, and floors. I had an appointment to have it repaired today and they cancelled on me with zero notice. I had already driven an hour to get to the property. I asked when they could have some come and they said probably not for a few days because it wasn’t an emergency. I am supposed to have new tenants moving in tomorrow with zero AC in the middle of one of the hottest weeks this summer and the apartment feels like a sauna - what do they classify as an emergency? When I expressed my frustration and disappointment they accused me of threatening them which is absolutely laughable. At no point did I yell or swear. All I wanted was a serviceman, something that I had scheduled in advance. I have cancelled my service plan and would never in a million years recommend this company. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I Would give zero stars if I could.

Our technician today was very helpful. He was very professional and took the time to explain to us his diagnosis and what needed to be done. We are moving in a few weeks and would definitely be looking to continue using Dr. HVAC at our new house.

Bryan was very pleasant and professional. He offered to fix an issue I was having with my air conditioning unit and had it all fixed and was out the door extremely fast. Would absolutely recommend his services

Bryan cleaned our boiler, checked the outside exhaust and provided a lot of advice on the other unit we have in the house. A lot of companies won't go in the attic so good to see one that will! Bryan is very professional and has a keen eye on customer service

Chris is an amazing technician and a friendly person to deal with. He was very thorough in his approach and it helped me get the true picture of my HVAC equipment situation. Dr. HVAC does seem like a very good professional company.
