What can I say! This was the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received!!! Candice was an absolute ray of sunshine, she is so positive and friendly and polite! She was able to get us in earlier than expected, I believe scoot was the mechanic who worked on Austin’s truck! They literally went above and beyond! Keep us updated and took pictures so we could see what they were taking about! And the price was unbelievable! If you want exceptional service and value YOU NEED TO COME HERE! You won’t be disappointed!!

So happy with their service. At first I called they said they would be too busy to make any repairs but he will listen to it to see if it's ok to drive. Diagnosis belt need to change. He went above and beyond to fix it. Very grateful. Appreciate everything.

I am not sure why you would go anywhere else! We cannot say enough good things about Candace and the team at McTeer. The personalized customer service is some of the best I have ever seen. They are swamped, yet they still took the time to communicate regularly. They are honest, and did all they could to get our sons vehicle running quickly as he needed it for work. Great job McTeer. Just wow. If I could give more stars I would:)

Love the staff here!! They are amazing and attentive to details. Never try to sell you anything you don't need. Always get me fit into their busy schedule. Great prices, amazing mechanics and front counter staff. Would highly recommend this business to everyone for all their mechanical needs! :) Would give 10 stars if possible.

Bought a car from a guy in the area who had it safetied at this garage. Less than a week and only one trip later, our caliper was sticking and would have ruined our brakes in less than 3 weeks if I hadn’t have taken it to my mechanic. When I called asking them to cover the cost of the fix, they refused on the grounds that they weren’t the ones who had worked on the brakes before.... Only reason I am not filing a complaint with the MTO is because the process takes too long, and is not worth my time. I hope they treat their customer’s concerns more seriously in the future.

Been going there for 15+ years. Scott is reliable for the best work, fair prices, availability in a pinch… he is conscientious and has integrity. You can tell by his actions/demeanour that you are getting the best possible solution to your automotive needs. Highly recommended!!!
