The Howard Eaton Confectionary build in 1886.The Howard Eaton Confectionary is associated with the land originally patented to James Glendenning, Streetsville's first settler. John Graydon, a well-known local builder, purchased Lot 21 in 1866. The property was designated for its heritage value by the City of Mississauga in 1997.
