The health benefits of taking a sauna have been well documented for years but then throw in a cold plunge and it takes the experience to a new level. The west coast is the perfect location to enjoy both of these experiences year round. During these crazy times its so nice to have a peaceful place to retreat to and get healthy. A bonus is that Wildwood Saunas are also building community at an affordable rate. I highly recommend this local company.

Josh and his crew did a fantastic job. Gorgeous craftsmanship, super hard workers, left a clean job-site. I've had mine up and running for a few months and I find I use almost daily with no issues. Super happy and would recommend to anyone. If you want an investment in health and the 'cool factor' for your home, this is money well spent.

Josh is a very personable and friendly guy. The craftsmanship of his sauna is outstanding. I appreciated how Josh took the time to individually speak to myself and the company I had with me. An amazing concept attached to a great human being. Super impressed! Will be back over and over again ☺️

Absolutely wonderful experience! I’ve already been four times in the span of a couple months. Such a beautiful sauna in an even more beautiful location. The folks that run Wildwood Saunas are great and really trying to bring together the community. Will definitely be back many more times. Do recommend!

They are punctual, hard working, have great attention to detail, and they clearly take pride in what they do, which is a quality, that in my experience, many contractors are lacking. I rented a mobile sauna from Wildwood Sauna's for a weekend long birthday party and it was wonderful! Josh was great, super helpful and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Such a fantastic experience!Josh and Jon are friendly and welcoming and have built an awesome community around sauna and cold dipping !The sauna is itself is beautiful, and offers a nice view of the ocean. Had my first (and definitely not last) Wildwood Sauna last night. Hot damn to say the least! Very professional and welcoming experience. We did a one hour private so had the sauna to ourselves. Definitely want to try the drop in option too. Stormy seas and Westcoast skies cooled our bodies down before another round of heat. You could feel the community building Wildwood is creating. Very special. These are the sauna folks to trust!

Josh at Wildwood Saunas is very accommodating, delivered the Sauna to Sooke Campground for a private three day party last weekend.It was such a great experience and very relaxing having the Sauna by the river.Oh did I mention that it's a great hangover prevention!Looking forward to going down to Royal Bay Beach for my next experience.

This was so much fun. Went for the first time recently and despite a cold cloudy day we all had a blast. Saunas were clean and cosy with gorgeous views out over the water. The ocean was chilly but it was so invigorating. Definitely going again.
