I wanted to reach and just say thank you to the team at Barzotti. My installers Johnny and Andrew were extremely professional and ontime, my installation went seamless. Mask were worn and I was also aware to give them the space they needed to work comfortably during these times. After the job was completed they left my space dust and debris free! I asked them if they could make a minor adjustment on my barzotti kitchen upstairs and they did not hesitate to fix the problem, going that extra step is what I look for in customer service. I also understood that the pandemic plays a huge role on disrupting projects, Monica made sure to keep open communication with me for follow ups or delays that may happen. Thank you for that. Patricia from the design office made it effortless to design/layout my kitchen and office space.I look forward to using Barzotti again on my next project.

Patricia and team have been wonderful throughout our renovation. Barzotti‘s product is superior to others and we are happy with our design so far. Although the wait was stressful, they were able to deliver our kitchen on time with only a few missing pieces. We’re hopeful the last few items will arrive soon. Thanks for all of your attention and follow up! We can’t wait to enjoy our finished kitchen.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our experience working along side Barzotti Woodworking. They worked hand in hand with our designer and contractor. They were able to answer any questions we had promptly and they were there to support us in making decisions. The install of cabinets in our kitchen, laundry room, powder room, pantry and servery were done efficiently and professionally. The finish of the cabinets exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend choosing Barzotti Woodworking to enhance your home.

Barzotti installed quality custom made cabinetry in my home for both a basement wet bar and home office. Great staff and quality product!

Customer service was really poor....Was told to visit showroom on Saturday to pick out cabinetry for my new house...Tom The sales rep made the appointment for us to visit during 9-3 , which is also indicated on there hours of operation on there Voicemail ...The store is closed on Saturdays!!!!!!When trying to reach Tom I did not get any reply at all on his cell phone..When Monday came I called The stoney creek location and talked to Patricia , she then indicated they are closed on Saturdays and have been since the pandemic......How do you not know this working for the company??? And why wouldn't you make that change on your Voicemail?Anyhow it's now been 3 weeks and still waiting on an appointment , I've gone with another company and till today still no call back from neither Patricia or Tom to book an appointment to pick cabinetry......Awful customer service... And pretty disappointed.....
