First Choice Overhead Doors

We used Kevin and First Choice Overhead doors for our garage door installation on June 5th, 2020. I started by contacting 4 companies. 1 of which was Costco where we would have received a discount. To be perfectly honest, all 3 companies were priced better than Kevin. But 2 of the other companies were quoting US made doors. The other company also quoted Garaga (Made in Canada). But in the end, Kevin's professionalism and pitch on quality made us go with him. I also felt like he earned it having to do 18 different quotes for me. Best decision we made. Install went perfectly smooth. The place was spotless when they left. Garage looks amazing and the quality is fantastic. We have a little opening in our door to the house that lets some Air Conditioned air sneak into the Garage. I got home on one of those really hot days, opened the garage and it was actually cold. Previously, it would have felt like an oven. I highly recommend First Choice Overhead doors for your install. My brother used him and referred him to me. Attached are before and after pictures.

Garage door went off the tracks , door now at a 45 degree angle . It looks pretty bad. One local Stouffville garage door repair company wrote them off ,wanted to sell me new ones. In comes Jordan from First Choice Overhead Doors within 2 hours had the door back on tracks couple of new parts , lubricated and the price was so reasonable it's unbelievable. From start to finish, Kevin was very professional in our garage door installation. He even swept up my garage floors after the job! The aluminum capping on the trim done by his son was exceptional.He's very knowledgable and advised what we should look for in a quality garage door. Other companies that I received quotes from wasn't as detailed oriented. Very happy with the our garage doors!5 stars all around.

Kevin is excellent and professional; we had the garage door spring broken, called and Kevin came the same day to temporarily fix the garage door and ordered new spring for us; Kevin came back within a week, put the new springs on and the job is done perfectly; would not hesitate to recommend to anybody for his services

Kevin was fantastic. Despite changing our minds and colour etc, Kevin was patient and very helpful through the whole process. Gave us multiple quotes, multiple times and even honoured the price despite lockdowns. The product was delivered on time, as ordered, installed on the day we arranged. The installer was quick, neat and tidy, covered all the info regarding the new openers. All in all, a great experience from start to finish. Kevin’s professionalism, personal interaction and quality of work made him an excellent choice for us! He never made us feel we were just another customer. We had a pleasant and easy experience with First Choice. We had looked up and requested quotes from other places as well but felt that Kevin was very responsive and patient with our questions, in spite of us requesting multiple quotes. Although some companies may have been priced a bit less, we felt comfortable going with First Choice. The installation went smoothly (took approximately 3 hours) and we now have a peace of mind with our brand new garage door.
