Very knowledgeable staff. I had a million questions regarding putting in a LVL beam and taking down a load bearing wall. Jeff there answered everything and made the project much easier than I expected. Thanks for the help Stark Lumber.

I went there to pick up a significant amount of wood. I picked through a bunch and left the others aside, which they ended up moving with a forklift across the aisle. When I was leaving Jason, the yard worker, began swearing and yelling at us for not stacking it back where it was. However they didn’t even offer to bring back the skid across the aisle with the forklift.After Jason brought it to the attention of the owner, he came out and told us “we were disrespecting his wood” and that the money we spent there meant nothing to him and he didn’t want our business.They don’t seem to care about their customers.

I purchased pressure treated lumber and dealt with Brad who was so accommodating and helpful. When I picked it it up he personally put it in my car and made sure it was safe to transport as it was much too long to close the rear door. This is not my first time dealing with Brad and I would highly recommend Stark Lumber when doing your building projects.

Terrible service. I walked in and ask for some ideas and options and all they want to do is create an invoice before he even knew what I wanted to make. Then instead of bringing me to the back and introducing me to someone who could help me with options he just sent me back. No one was in the back working.

I'd give less than a star if it was an option. These jokers at Stark with Alvin leading the pack in the truss department don't take the time of day for the little guys apparently!! I was asked to send truss drawings in 2 weeks ago as I was wanting a quote and TOLD estimates are a 2 week wait which I was fine with. FigureI'd call in as it has been 2 weeks later to check on estimate situation and was told someone would call me right back! 2 hrs later I get an email stating currently they are not taking new customers and that I have to go elsewhere for trusses!! Don't even have the curtousy to call!! Don't waste your time as I did, with this joke of an outfit!!

I ordered lumber and paid $60 for delivery because the car's too small. As it was being unloaded (dumped) from the truck, the fall caused a 2 x 3 to splinter in half. The delivery guy told me to call Eric to have a replacement delivered. Eric was never there when I called, so I explained that I needed a 2 x 3 replacement delivered and was assured each time that the message would get to Eric and I'd be looked after. But nothing's happened in over a month. Not impressed.
