some people in YMCA but them hart and offered to help others because they adopt the Canadian culture in the right way , and others people work in there just for fun and sadly they have self stem issue and they release all the negativity that they have in to poor newcomers , please train and educate front desk people

. The service at the out desk is very bad . The employees there are careless of the people they attend YMCA.. just talking together and leaving customers to wait . Always there is delaying to get your service.. other employees are good.. 0 star ..

They are not honest and well-trained employees. They are doing it. indeed this cepip team windsor office work is a clear scam,I have never seen a Canadian worker so cruel and deceitful.They don't tell you anything and they don't want you to get what you want, but they want to get your money back fraudulently.

It's a perfect place to learn English

Ever since this pandemic started exactly a month after they shut down up to now. many students/new comers are going through tough times, struggling with online learning. now that Omicron is building immunity and almost everyone got vaccinated i think it is the time for YMCA to open up as well. we need and want you guys services and it is absolutely essential to be there for us.
