Great company to work with.

I called ahead to get a quote on next day delivery. The phone representative gave me a quote and explained I could do an overnight delivery so long as I booked before 3pm the same day.Shortly after I requested the overnight service (booked before 3PM as illustrated on the site) for a small parcel which worked out to be around $16.00. I specified the pick up to be anytime between 1PM and 8PM that same day , however, the drop off could be whenever the next day as the pick up was more time sensitive. I opted to pay with credit and provided my credit card number and expiry date. I was told I could use my e-mail address to receive a receipt - which I agreed to. Last, I confirmed the address with the phone representative, because at this point the exchange felt rushed and the representative had not been diligent enough to repeat the contact information or in which city the pick up address was in. When I confirmed the pick up address the rep noted Yeah
