Flossie’s Sandwich Parlor
AMAZING. Have visited a few times and am always impressed. Their sandwiches are meat heavy but my fav is the veg option, eggplant parm! Mac and cheese balls are a hit too. A must if you are hungry while exploring the wineries/breweries along Wilson Road and surrounding area. Tip: come during the week to avoid long wait times.

So delicious we came back the next day, in the middle of a rain storm! If looking for a quick and beyond delicious bite to eat while winery or brewery hopping in the County look no further.The sandwiches are incredible and the fries are among the best Ive ever had. Ever. The team grow the herbs right next to where they cook so all the flavours taste superbly fresh.A must visit for many reasons from Thursday to Sunday. A great stop in the middle of the county.

If you visit PEC, this is a MUST TRY. Truly farm to table ingredients with a spectacular taste. Huge portions and extremely fair prices for the quality of the food.This venue is an experience within itself as there is a shopping market, greenhouse and even friendly goats to look at. Definitely a highlight of our trip, we are so happy that we visited, and can't stop telling our friends.Bonus: A hilarious and relatable menu item called my girlfriend is not hungry" which features an extra order of fries with mac & cheese balls."

Come on! If you haven't been to Flossie's yet, you are seriously missing out! The food is incredible, the location is beautiful, but the best part is Kyle. What a guy. We've had nothing but the best experiences every time we have visited, whether here at Carson's, or at the Wellington market!Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

We came for a visit from the city and found this great little food spot - amazing food, stellar service, and huge portions! It’s set up behind the garden center which was really nice to walk through with picnic benches in a courtyard area to sit and eat. They had great veggie options as well and all the sandwiches come with either a salad or fries. We also opted for Mac and cheese balls which were definitely drool worthy.

Delicious and quality sandwiches with huge portions! Nice and friendly staff and there’s lot of seating. They’re located right on the patio of Carson’s Garden & Market - to let left of the storefront.Lots of picnic tables available under the shaded canopies and some on the lawn if you enjoy the sun! They have good options for everyone - if you like beef, pork, chicken and even vegetarian options!What I enjoyed:Carson Serendipity- delicious chicken thighs in a honey mustard sauce and the pretzel bun is so good, definitely worth a try! Referred to the locals as “The Dip”.The Nicky San-Meat-Toro - an eggplant Parmesan sandwich with a delicious spicy kick! Both vegetarian and meat-lovers will surely enjoy this! Referred to the locals as “The Nicky”.These portions are definitely for someone who is hungry! If you can’t eat much, definitely to share between two. The process is to order first then they will call out your name once it’s ready. They also have cold drinks to enjoy with your food!

Flossie's (both locations) is one of those places that if I was on my death bed and someone asked me what I'd like as a last meal, I could confidently say anything from their menu and I'd be able to kick the bucket as a happy man. I'm not sure how Michelin star restaurants come to be, but in my mind, these guys deserve it.Their food is top notch, customer service is awesome and my wife and I always leave satisfied. Don't hesitate to check out either location, you won't be disappointed!Keep killin' it guys!

Unfortunately, I did not like the taste of the food. I had the Chicken Panini with fries. The fries have way too much spice added to them and it over-powers the flavour. The Panini was Ok at best, it was quite greasy. The cost of the meal was $18.50, before drink and tax. The food looks great, but the taste was not up to par with the price. The portions were above normal for a meal but again not inline with the price.

We were in the area for a bridal party and we’re looking for a spot to grab lunch afterwards,my friend recalled hearing great things about Flossie’s so we headed over. We first went into the garden centre (a bit confused - but the super friendly guy at the counter told us they were right beside them in the food truck), shopped around and then headed over. Their customer service is amazing, guy behind the counter had great energy and you could tell he was such a charismatic people person! Selection was great, all ingredients fresh, we both had the Carson Serendipity and it was 12/10 incredible. Probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve had ever. They also carry a local lemonade that is seriously good. We had such a great experience and are already planning on coming back in May during a road trip. This place is worth the hype & the drive!

Highlight would be the fries and the service/location.I purchased the THE DON’T GO BACON MY HEART BURGER combo.Location has a cute shop right connected, with nice handcrafted and plants. They even offer the potting when purchasing a plant and pot.Also seen a goat...
