After weeks of searching for a crew of people who could service my hot tub i finally came across the Tub Guys who wasted no time to make sure the job got taken care of right away. Excellent customer service, great job with the work and above all they care! Highly recommend. 5 stars.

We got an appointment on same day for a later time that met my schedule. The guy was running a bit late so he had the courtesy to call to let us know. He showed up, told me everything about my hot tub, found the issue within a couple minutes, fixed only what was broke and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Gave me some good tips on maintaining my tub and the water. Charged me a very reasonable price and followed up a couple days later to see if everything was still ok with the tub. My opinion is, this company is very honest and provides a great service!!

Sam’s service is excellent! He was due to come on Wednesday……didn’t show up! I’ve been trying since to contact him, I feel like I’m being ghosted! Something is wrong because this is not Sam!
