Great location! Sadly a puppy cone was actually a $2 kids cone. Too big for our small dog. Not like other brand's puppy" items. Not the fault of this particular store though"

Pretty poor service. Four staff working, clearly wanted to go home early. Arrived at 9:50. Couldn’t get a simple chocolate dipped cone because their ice cream was too soft. Blizzards that we revived were pretty melted. Turned away the cars that pulled in behind us because they said they were closed at 9:58.If I were the manager of this location I would be very disappointed of the service of the staff.

The other day it was my sons first birthday and the place I had order the cake from messed it up and couldn’t fix it. I had checked all over town and finally Dairy Queen said they could help fix the cake, it was very generous of them for taking in someone else’s work and fixing it. I highly recommend this place very nice people, they saved me just one hour before his birthday! Thank you

Although not my first time going here, this particular Dairy Queen location has been consistently good most of the time. Today was one of those days. Had a load of 5 people in the car, had a somewhat extensive and diverse order and the young lady working the drive thru window was fantastic! Efficient, and even read all our orders back to me. Wait time was reasonable and she got everything correct and most importantly she was engaged and focused on her work, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. The Management here clearly spent some time selecting their staff well instead of the usual drab, un-engaged staff at most places who seem to want to be anywhere but working. Blond girl with an Okanagan tan. Carpet didn't match the drapes, but very efficient and quick, and got the job done right the first time and was pleasant. Thank you!

$5.79 for a MINI blizzard. You better be paying teenagers working there $30 an hour. This is just absolutely insane! Let me guess: global supply chain issues due to chip shortages from suppliers…. ThievesUpdate: generic reply below as you can see, link takes you to a corporate circle jerk website, when you fill out the random general response it tries to sell you on a franchise. Nice try DQ. I just want to know how you justify a $6 mini blizzard. Why did $1 product that was half this price 2 years ago skyrocketed ? Explain the enormous price increase. Below is the 2020 price. Fair to say that in 3 years mini will be $12?

ordered an ice cream cake, the staff that helped me doesn't know how much things cost. she said the trade mark fee was only 2 dollars on top of the price of the cake. it wasn't...didn't want to argue about it when I picked up the birthday cake on my daughter's birthday.they are busy and have slow service, but understandable, every where is short staff.

I ordered 16 burgers at 9:52 the lady at the front started to ask if I was serious for 2 minutes then once we convinced her they said we could only get 5 the 5 burgers we’re delicious but only 5 not 16 there’s no limit. (This whole review is a joke)
