The task of planning my recent trip to Japan was overwhelming, so I reached out to The Travel Firm (after being ghosted by another travel agent) and Tina was so helpful. She took a big bulk of my trip stress away, helping us to book our flights, hotels, and even the bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto and back. We made a last minute change to one of our hotels and Tina quickly made it happen. And everything Tina arranged for our trip was perfect. The locations of the hotels was optimal for our activities and they were also very nice! Tina, I can't thank you enough. During these crazy times, travel has become challenging. You need another suitcase for all the documents now required to get into a country and come back home. With a last minute booking, you did an incredible job of making sure I had everything necessary that I needed to enter Bahamas, prior to confirming the flight. Down to the wire, you were able to get me the green light (after a few calls to the consulate) to go and even arranged for me to be picked up by my own private driver.
