Billy is such a great guy. Great chats, great haircuts. TVs with sport and a great atmosphere.Have been going here for years. And will be going here forever.

First time there. Was going to have my 9 week Covid beard shaved off and a 4 month haircut. Since it was my first visit Billy was asking questions and made sure I understood what I was getting for my haircut. Very happy with the haircut. As for the beard removal......I had told Billy this was the first time I had a beard and after 9 weeks decided it was time for it to go. Billy suggested that he trim it up and then I look and decide if it should go. After the much needed trim I kinda liked it. He said if by Monday I decided to take it off that I could come back and he’d shave it off no charge. Don’t know if I’ll go back on Monday but I’ll definitely be back for another haircut and maybe beard trim.

I was referred to this establishment. It has been hard to get an appointment with the stylist I have been using for the last ten years (she's super busy), and I started to feel like my time could be better used than always trying to set time & date for my cuts.Long story short, I walked-in, was helped in less than 2 minutes, and happily took a seat at Sheldon's chair. He was patient by listening to my request, got to work and was kind. The cut was one of the best I've had. I will be going back when need be, without a second thought.Sheldon, thank you very much!Cheers

I have been going here for well over a year. Both Sheldon and Billy are great barbers and really personable. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable and the prices are reasonable. You get a great haircut at a good price! I highly recommend Monarch!

I have been going to Billy since I was 12 years old, and I'm 19 now... I think that speaks for itself. This man is a master of his craft and will consistently give you a great haircut, along with being the one of the nicest people you'll talk too. His prices aren't particularly high and the location is prime, all around sublime barbershop.

Billy used to cut my hair 10 years ago at a different place, then when he opened his shop I stopped by after not seeing him for years, and he remembered me and gave me the best cut I've had since I last saw him. Everytime I stop by with the kids, he's there with a friendly smile and a lollipop. Best hair cuts, and even better chats. Thanks again Billy.

Finally found a barber that can actually cut hair! Highly recommended if you want to get proper cut.
