Fountain Tire

I have to say, the customer service and attention to detail at this location is better than most. I took my car here with a leaky front tire. Chris made me an appointment over the phone. an hour later I dropped off my car. I was very happy to see that my car was in the shop within 5 mins of me arriving. Rob and Chris get top marks. I was in an out faster than I would expect. Best tire shop in town!Thanks again guys!

Excellent service! I needed all 4 tires replaced after I had one flat (all had very low tread). They had an opening with the correct 10 ply tires within 90 minutes and the new tires were on and ready to roll in 50 minutes. Quick and helpful at every stage!

Chris went above and beyond today. It was our first time at Fountain Tire and we felt like the prices were affordable, and staff were honest. Not only did they give us a good price for winter tires, they also offered to fill any leaks/nails. We are so happy with the service and can HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone.

My first time to any Fountain Tire location and I was totally impressed from the moment they answered the phone. I called right at 730am as I needed 4 new tires for my trailer that day as we were heading out that day to go camping. They had the tires I needed and were accommodating. The exact words were we can do whatever is easier for you, you bring the tires in or the trailer and we will do the swap for you. Showed up at 11 and was out of there in less than an hour. My trailer is 38’ and we were able to back in by the back bay doors no problem. Price was great too. Likely my new tire shop for sure.

BIG 10 out of 10! The folks at Fountain Tire McLeod Trail bent over backwards to get my family back on the road after a sidewall blow out derailed the trip. Not only did they fit us into a very busy day and had the tires we needed they were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Goodyear Assurance Weather Ready tires and the exceptional service today made all the difference. Don’t hesitate to visit these folks, you’ll be very happy you did.

Excellent Service, i needed a new set of AT tires ASAP. I called Robin and he was able to order my new sets of Duratrac tires. Also the tires arrive the same day I called and he was able to squeeze me in same day to have them installed.Thank you for fantastic service Robin!

I had a very bad experience with them, a couple of years ago they did my breaks and rotors and right after the service my rear passenger side ended up smoking on the road because on of the break pads was installed poorly (their claiming it was a defective pad which could be a possibility) they ended up changing the pad and the rotor twice but refused to change the caliper that got damage because of the overheating of the breaks (part insurance will not cover parts that got collateral damage) they looked in to my car a few times and continuously claims that there is nothing wrong with my calipers and keeps on saying they can't fix anything because there was nothing that is broken. I know they're dodging that caliper because it will have to come from their pocket, I never used Fountain Tire again and when I went back to my dealership for services, in just one look they know something is not right with my rear passenger caliper, not only that it looks cooked due to the overheating it is not breaking properly, pictures shows how one side is worn and the others looks new.

I'm usually happy with fountain tire but this time was different. I had an appointment for 4 to change 2 tires. Wheels were not on vehicle. After over an hour i was told a screw couldn't be taken out of the center cap so it could not be balanced. Mechanic stated he tried to put tape around his wrench for a tighter fit... we argued about what should be done and i decided to take the wheels back without the new tires. I got one wheel back with no tire, one wheel back with an old tire and no valve stem caps. Went back for the caps which i had to choose from a handfull of random ones the mechanic took out of his pocket. Got home. Got the proper fitting wrench and all screws came out with ease.

Needed new summers put on and they did a fantastic job! Despite being incredibly busy, Robin provided excellent service and my tires were done really quickly.
