Rhino SoftWash LLC Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing

My house was a mess. Black streaks and mold everywhere. I decided to have rhino soft wash come out. They did an amazing job. My house looks like a brand new house . I was highly contemplating replacing the roof. Once rhino soft wash came out and cleaned my roof, all my doubts about getting a new roof went out the door. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend rhino softwash to anyone.

Very happy with how my rubber roof turned out. It was terribly dirty and never dreamed Rhino could get it so clean. John had a cancellation and fit me in ,I was very happy about that.

John visited my house in the summer of 2014 and gave me a good quote to remove the mold from my roof, then sent his team over. They cleaned my roof, which turned out well. Problem is the chemicals used killed 4 Burning Bushes and an Arborvitae. A few days after his team left my bushes began to lose their leaves and the Arborvitae started turning brown. I called John and he told me I was the 3rd or 4th person to call him (can't remember the number) complaining about plants. He told me the manufacturer of the chemical told him he must have had a bad batch. John told me it's never happened before, and that he'd be out of business if he killed plants. He sent over his guys, and they fertilized and watered the plants. That didn't help at all, and they all died. He told me he'd take care of me. He didn't. After calling him numerous times, he finally answered this past Spring, 2015. He said his friend at a nursery would do the job for me. No one showed up, and now John won't answer his phone. I would never in a million years recommend John or his company. His word is worth nothing.

Scheduled service after meeting John while working a house next door. Really appreciated his professional approach and quick responses to a quote and scheduling the clean. The intended date was moved due to weather. 3 weeks now and he no longer returns calls or provide an explanation at going dark. After reading the few reviews, it appears that going dark on customers has been a common experience. I do not recommend this business.
