Was called back today after waiting a week for a call, just to replace a broken facemask. Found somewhere else to go that saw me within an hour!

My Dad is pretty new to home oxygen but from the setup to the first extra oxygen delivery, this company has been excellent. Armand set up my Dad on first day and was very detailed. Today, Rob delivered 2 small tanks to me and explained that at #1 setting, that would only last about 2 hrs. He also gave me extra info to make sure my Dad is comfortable and not lacking this much-needed oxygen when travelling. Rob is arranging a delivery for 2 more and a sling to put it in when my Dad is in his wheelchair. 2 thumbs up from me and I know that my Dad would give his 2 thumbs up as well. This company isn't just the typical knock, drop off and leave, they care enough to make sure you have what you need and know what to ask for. Excellence is their label for me. Thank you guys!

Exceptional customer service - was having trouble with machine and although I am not a regular customer they didn't try just to sell" me something- they checked out my machine

Rachna and the rest of the team at ProResp have been very helpful, setting up my mom's oxygen concentrator and being very responsive to our calls. They are very reassuring and professional.
