Had the guys make up a custom plenum for a furnace retrofit from some admittedly crude drawings I made. Thing fit perfectly, not a gap anywhere. Nice and square and they did it for a fair price in a lot less time than I figured.

Our furnace in our office shut down yesterday and they sent a repairman out by midafternoon. As I recall, most other companies quote their arrival time between 4pm and the next federal election. So, to see a technician within the same day is a sign that this company cares about its clientele.The technician had it up and running within 30 minutes and had all the necessary parts in his van! No waiting 3-6 weeks for parts and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. He was polite, clean, and professional. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Kirks heating installed a new furnace for us a few years ago on a rural property, we were pleased with the service we received then. We recently had to call about an issue we had with the furnace, I was so impressed with the customer service, they even remembered who we were. They come out and fixesd the minor issue quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend them.
