I was blown away how fast my appointment was. I was there for a radiology appointment and the total time including being at the checkin desk, waiting room, change room, and in my appointment was 18. All the staff (I spoke to 4 different people) we’re friendly and fast. Great experience!

Great in-clinic techs. I would suggest double checking your exam prep requirements prior to going in. I wasn’t informed all piercings needed to be removed for a CT (not in the prep instructions). Anyone with dermal implants or cartilage piercings will know this might require a trip to a professional for removal. I frantically tried to remove mine without success. The technician was lovely and tried to assist me.So I may have paid $800 for inaccurate imaging, which I am not impressed with.

The clinic had lots of free parking and was easy to get to. The waiting room was clean and the wait very short. After taken to my change room I was immediately taken to my scan room and the appointment there was quick and efficient. Staff was efficient and friendly.

MIC Medical Imaging - Century Park
I went here for a pain injection in my hip. Both Dr. Greenspan and the tech in the room (Kaitlin?) made me feel safe, respected, and well cared for.I live in St. Albert but the appointment availability was much better at Century Park. If I can be assured that Dr. Greenspan will be working, I will make the drive back there next time I need a pain injection.

I had great experience at this medical imaging clinic. A couple of years ago for MRI, and just today for X-ray.The receptionist “Brady” was incredibly helpful and courageous, going out of their way to assist me and other patients. It was also nice to see that the clinic was not busy, which allowed me to get in and out quickly. The technicians who performed my medical imaging were knowledgeable and professional, making me feel at ease during the entire process. Overall, I highly recommend this medical imaging clinic to anyone in need of their services.P.S. I payed the MRI myself, but U of A insurance covered it afterwards. For X-ray was covered for students, too.

I consider my visit to MIC Century Park to be positive. Google Maps got me to the front door without any fanfare.The clinic is large and clean. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and informative keeping me up to speed on all aspects of the procedure.All in all, I can recommend MIC Century Park for GI procedures. They treated me well.GordK
