I’m not sure why they still offer printing. If you’re going to do it, do it well. The online system was down all week but when I went into the store they don’t have any computers for you to work on in store nor was the desk staff helpful - just replied they hadn’t heard of any problems. I left and got someone to help create what I was looking for. I went back to the store for the second time. Emailed the document and thought I was good. The staff said to return the following day after 6 pm to pick up. While I was talking to the clerk, I asked about photo printing. Somehow the clerk thought I was saying I didn’t want to order the poster I was there to order because when I returned the following day they informed me they hadn’t printed it!! Thankfully a consultant from their head office was there behind the desk and she got the poster printed. Had to use glossy although I wanted matte because that what was in the printer at the moment. 3 visits to a store for something that in this day and age should be so simple is ridiculous. What was most frustrating was the horrible customer service experience.

Had some things printed today. The main lady (she was training some people) was super patient and helpful. The younger girl (shorter dark hair) was condescending and patronizing. She should receive training in customer service.

Only one person in line and I need to wait so long for them do design a print for him!Shipping and printing cannot be on the same line. Bad service and frustrated.staff

Service: Enployees are very nice and helpful, whatever you need help with. They will always greet you in a cheerful tone and will always be happy to help, even with simple tasks.Items: This place sells plenty of great stuff, from writing tools to paper to bags to electronice and toys.Atmoshpere: The atmosphere of this shop is very nice. Not too crowded.Location: The location for this staples is very nice, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and yonge Street nearby, meaning that there are many different ways of public transportation.

Staples is my go-to office supply store. Their wide range of products, competitive prices, and helpful staff make shopping a breeze. Whether I need stationery, tech accessories, or office furniture, Staples has it all. They consistently deliver quality and convenience, earning my highest recommendation!

This place is rediculous. My mom went there today to have a few stuff printed. She had to wait there for over 30 minutes and no one helped her. She speaks farsi and doesn’t speak english very much so she went to the Farsi speaking staff and asked the guy to help her but surprisingly he refused to do so. Even though she told him a few times she cant figuere out how to make a few copies, he insisted this is a self service place and he can’t help her !!! I have never seen such a horrible customer service and any other place in my life. Not only ever staff in there ignored her including the one that speaks the same language, but they refused to help her knowing that she needed assistance. Very disappointing !

I arrived about 7:45pm (closes at 9pm) to print my son’s assignment but the printers didn’t support photoshop documents. When I asked the woman behind the desk at the ‘print solutions’ area if she was able to print on her printers and I would gladly pay, she said she couldn’t possibly accept another job this evening and she was alone behind the counter and I should return the next day… she had over an hour for something that would take less than two minutes to print, and no one else was in the store. She even directed me to another print store nearby! Staples should rethink the name of their print ‘Solutions’ desk to reflect that they are limited, have outdated technology and don’t really want to be there.

Ordered a laptop twice, they cancelled both times. Received a typical vague email with zero information. Each email asked that I order again. I am not going to order a third time. Called their customer service number. Turns out it was US Staples. They transferred me to Canadian Staples. They had no clue why the order was cancelled. When I probed more, they said that my credit card was declined. I had used different cards each time. This has never happened with me before. And that too with two different cards! Then I called the store where the inventory supposedly was. The guy went “looking” for a min and then said they didn’t have one in stock. Why would you even list an item that’s not in stock? I had high hopes. Very very disappointed.

Whenever I come to print photos at staples, there’s a problem. It’s either the printer is out of ink or some issues and it takes so long for you to get the customer service or someone to help fix the issue. I had to wait 30 mins and still the answer is they’re out of ink and I have to go somewhere else to print
