Our family could not be more grateful for the support and professionalism we have experienced with our family doctor, the residents and students we’ve received medical care from as well as the support staff. We’ve been in for many appointments with two little ones as well as accessed their after hours support and our experiences have been excellent. I love that this is a teaching environment as the doctors and residents seem to go above and beyond to support our health. The follow up is incredible as well.

A very poor experience with this entire clinic. The doctors are terrible and the front staff even worse. Every time I call the clinic I hang up with a bad taste in my mouth. They really should record all conversations in order to identify which staff members are treating the patients with no respect. Zero tolerance goes both ways, so I will be finding a new clinic.

Getting through to anyone on the phone has been impossible for 3 + weeks. Also this clinic will probably never be accepting new patients, will be impossible to get all 3 family members under 1 family doctor and it's very disappointing in the 10 years or more I've gone here they have never been accepting new patients.

My doctor is the best! And the staff is awesome!

Absolutely love it here, I’ve been going for a couple years now and before coming here I dreaded the doctor but now I’m more than happy to see my doctor when I need to instead of holding off because I didn’t trust the doctors I had before. This clinic and my doctor literally saved my life, I am so grateful. Great environment, really nice people and everyone actually seems to care and helps you to feel safe and welcome!

Unfortunately I have been going here for years and seeing Dr. Andrea Vasquez Camargo to whom got referred to us after our previous doctor left. Multiple times I was ignored or was told she would call me back with results and never did. She was never compassionate or understanding of my concerns or situation and is extremely unprofessional! The rest of the staff on the other hand, as well as the front staff do a great job, it’s unfortunate she doesn’t care about her patients and it really shows.

After three years of using the clinc: The care you receive is typical of any Regina doctors office. There are good doctors and better doctors, and just depends on who you get and their mood (just like any other job) but in general no complaints about any of the doctors. However the front desk needs a lot of work. I have been calling for hours and the automated message says to wait for next available person but then the second message states everyone is busy and to call back later. You cannot leave a message and obviously calling later doesn't help because it's just the same thing for over two hours now. One woman is friendly and helpful when you arrive but one is always grouchy and seems unhappy you are bothering her, luckily she has not been there my last few visits. But at this rate I don't know how I will make an appointment if I can't speak to anyone. Edit: After hours of calling and waiting they answered and when I said just one moment they hung up on me! So I had to start all over again. They need new front staff! Two stars because of the front staff issues.

Doctors are amazing but unfortunately the front desk staff is absolutely terrible.I have been trying to get my son into see the doctor for his 6 month check up since May. The appointment has been canceled 3 times. I am told the calendar is not available for the following month everytime and they will call back but they never do. I call them to book an appointment and they keep me on hold for over 25 minutes. When they finally pick up I am told they do not know how to use the system.My son is now 12 months old and they have just canceled his 6 month appointment again. He has been able to see the doctor once since he was born because of this and I am at the point where I just dont know what to do anymore.I would highly suggest anyone that is considering coming here find anywhere else.
