Nowhere in the store is the exchange policy explained. It's not until AFTER you purchase that your receipt explains there is no return policy. Plain and simple entrapment. When you go to get your forced store credit they require you give them ALL your personal information. Full name, phone number, and full address. What an insane policy. The manager said it's for loss prevention" and they can't do the exchange without it. I gave you proof of purchase from less than 24 hrs ago. I might understand if you wanted a "no receipt" exchange. Never will I shop there again."

I have always had great help from the female staff. So much so that I recommend to everyone I know, to go to that Bluenotes store to find/buy the perfect fitted jeans. The female employees are SUPER helpful and clearly know women come in all shapes and sizes. It can be hard for women to deal with insecurities when shopping for pants especially. My daughter(16) and 7 of her friends are super excited to do thier back to school shopping. I had told her previously to go to B.N's for jeans as they fit so well and she is tall and lean. After reading many of the bad reviews about Zack, I have told her and her friends to avoid this store. The last thing teen girls (who have been stuck in online classes the past 2 years) need is some ignorant unhelpful male employee making them feel disrespected and insecure about themselves. Sounds like this guy needs to be removed from staff.If he doesn't like people(or females) he clearly needs to stop being allowed to work with the public. As many people have stated they won't be going back because of this guy.I'd give the female staff 5 stars but don't want people to shop there and get dealing with a bad attitude from that guy.

Went to bluenotes masonville last week and had a terrible shopping experience. No one greeted me or my grandma and i did not receive any help while shopping. When I asked for a fitting room the employee said that wasn't his job and that I would have to wait for the employee at cash to get me a room. The items I tried on didn't fit and no one was around to help me get a new size so I did it myself. Denise at cash was very friendly and helpful and she is the reason I'm giving one star without her I wish I could give 0. Definitely going to shop at the white oaks location as they are far more helpful

I hate shopping for jeans!! But the assistant manager Mari was absolutely fabulous!! She took time to help me find what fit and looked good! I went in for 2 pairs and left with 5. Highly recommend!! Ask for Mari, she was amazing. Will be back for sure in the newest future

Cashier was rude and stated he had a conference call in 10 minutes and had to be quick. I’m not sure how this is my problem or why he was complaining but it wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

Never shop there again. Bought gifts for Christmas and was told I could return if items didn't fit. Had to wait two months to take back due to Covid...no problem. Store would only give in store credit but wouldn't let me try on to see if they fit. I would buy if I could take back if they didn't fit but did not want in store credit.

I went there today around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Only one boy helped me in the whole entire store, their were three employees there. His name was James he was very nice and funny and knew exactly how to help me and my daughter. The stores prices are very good and reasonable, but the sizes are very confusing if James wasn't there to help me I would honestly be very confused. Some pants give you both the waist and leg measurements and others do not. The layout of the store was also very awkward to walk around and for how big the store actually is, it gets crowded in there very easily and is very hard to navigate through. To improve your quality of service I would definitely have your employees focus more on customer service and less on messing around in their own store. The short asain man seemed like he couldn't care less about the customers or status of the store and he only helped out on cash when the short asain women asked. When it comes to your actual clothes I think you guys should focus more on function and less on fashion. When my daughter and I looked around the store a lot of the clothes looked the same. Focus on creating more variety as well. Overall my visit to your store was fine, you guys just need to get your priorities straight.

The manager Zack is consistently rude to me everytime I go, and people I know have also said the same thing. His response to almost anything is not my job/problem" whether it's asking for help finding something or asking why he's being rude."

If I could give 0 starts I would. VERY poor customer service. The asian guy at the cash register snobbily refused to let my bf try on shorts 10 mins before store closing, stating the fitting room is closed for the night." Never heard that in my LIFE in any retail store. Literally would have taken 1 minute to try on. He didn't get the shorts

Good collection of clothing but I am giving one star because of ONE employee who I can describe as a male, short, dark complexion who was rude to me on multiple occasions! I have seen more reviews on him here. He has the worst attitude like he was forced to work and deal with customers. Appalling that he still works there!
