We decided against using a conglomerate company, opting to give business to a more local company..........huge mistake! Sent our sons expensive Pyranha kayak to him to Yellowknife from N.S. asked if it needed any special packaging and was assured it didn’t. Added the insurance cover as it’s a good kayak. It was delivered in good time.......with a hole bashed into the side of it. Looked like something heavy had been cornered into it. Upshot, just heard Manitoulin will not cover the damage, the insurance money we paid extra goes into a black hole and is worthless. So upset as I had relied on this company to deliver my son’s kayak in one piece. Please use another company to move and deliver your belongings.

We have been using their services for many years and there were a few mistakes here and there but half the time it was our fault and not theirs. Nothing bad to say. Any time we are worried about something we just call the driver and he will let us know how to handle it.
